Terms of cancellation policy and cancellation insurance:

Cost: For a stay of up to 4 days: € 8.00 per adult per booking. (from 22nd. Dec 2010 Euro € 9,00)
For a stay of more than 4 days: € 15.00 per adult per booking.
Children under 12 years pay 50%

The Reisevorsorge cancellation insurance can be booked at the same time as you book your room. It covers all cancellation costs in case of accident, illness or other serious causes that may affect the traveller (medical certificate required). If there is no valid cancellation insurance policy, then Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply: Up to 60 days before the agreed day of arrival you can cancel free of charge. Up to 1 month before the agreed day of arrival a cancellation fee of 40% of the booking price shall be incurred. Up to 1 week before the agreed day of arrival a cancellation fee of 70% of the booking price shall be incurred. Less than 1 week before the agreed day of arrival cancellation fee of 100% of the booking price shall be incurred.

Surcharges and discounts:

3rd and 4th adults in the room (except the Edelweiss Suite) - 15% discount.
Surcharge for guests staying 3 nights or less (€ 10.00 per person per day)

Extra breakfast € 14.00 Services not consumed in a weekly package such as inclusive services cannot be replaced or reimbursed.

Discount for bed and breakfast booking - € 7.00 per person per day

Arrival & Departure

The Alpenhof pamper package begins at 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and ends on the day of departure after breakfast. We ask for your understanding that rooms will be ready for occupancy from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival until 11:00 pm. Guests planning to arrive at a late time are kindly asked to inform us when booking. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am on the day of departure. If you would like to make the most of the day you are planning to depart, you can leave your luggage with us in our luggage room. For a fee of € 15.00, you can also enjoy the facilities at our VITALIS spa as well as an afternoon snack on the day of your departure.

Underground parking

A free underground parking area with direct entrance to our house is provided to our guests during the time of their stay.

Pets

Are always welcome!

We charge Euro 13,00 per day (no meals included). Please bring a basket/blanket with you. Dogs are not allowed in the hotel restaurant (dining room), in any sports area, in the alpine garden or VITALIS spa. We reserve the right to invoice charges for any necessary final cleaning.

Liability

In accordance with Austrian hotel regulations we are liable for the correct fulfilment of the services as listed.

Opening hours

• Our ‘Good Morning’ breakfast is available at Alpenhof between 7.30 and 10.30 pm
• The afternoon snack will be served in the hotel lobby and at the hotel bar between 3.00 and 5.00 pm
• We serve the evening menu between 6.45 and 9.00 pm
• Our relaxation area ‘Vitalis’ is open from 7.00 am until 8.00 pm
• Our saunas and steam baths are heated for you from 1.30 pm onwards. During bad weather we can heat them earlier on request.

Court of jurisdiction

- Regional Court Zell am Ziller, Tyrol. The Tyrolean hotel regulations are valid.

Non-smokers and smokers

For the welfare and health of all our guests, we ask you only to smoke in the hotel bar and the Havana Lounge. All other areas of the hotel are non-smoking areas. All rooms and suites are designated as non-smoking areas. Smoking in any of our new rooms, against the above-mentioned regulations, can result in the hotel imposing a cleaning fine of € 100. If you decide to smoke on the balcony, please ensure the balcony door is closed. Smoking is allowed in our Havana Lounge and the hotel bar.

Euro 1.30 per person/day. Children until 15 years are free.
