Tourism in Tyrol operates on the basis of certified safety concepts, and we have signed up to them, too: In 2021, we used the “SAFE SERVICE” training app, a state-of-the-art training tool for our staff. Our hotel has successfully completed the digital training programme on safety issues such as protective measures, distancing, hygiene, and contactless customer service.
