Cooking is an art – and to master it you have to be a real artist with passion and experience: Our chef Maximilian Stock is one such artist. He has felt at home in the kitchen for many years and it’s here that he creates his masterpieces. Maximilian was born and raised in the Tux Valley. After gaining national and international experience, he joined the Alpenhof team in winter 2018 and he has been here with us ever since. Maximilian now leads the kitchen team with skill and expertise to create dishes that exemplify his renowned standards of culinary excellence. And one thing is certain: we can look forward to many more special and surprising delicacies that are sure to delight the senses and put a smile on our faces.
