THE REGIONAL GOURMET CONCEPT
As a hotel in the Zillertal with a multi-award-winning kitchen (1 Michelin star, 4 Gault&Millau toques, 95 points from Falstaff), it is very important to us to preserve our beautiful natural landscape and support regional suppliers. After all, visitors to Tyrol want to know what Tyrol tastes like. “Bewusst Tirol” is the seal of quality that makes these efforts visible to the outside world.
At the Alpenhof, we are convinced that the most important ingredients for true enjoyment lie right outside our door. Nature and our homeland are very close to our hearts, which is why we consciously source our products from the region. Our beef and veal come from our own farm in Obsteig, dairy products from farmers in Hintertux, bread freshly baked by the Stock village bakery, and fruits and vegetables from the Inn Valley. The short supply chains and the high quality of the products are the secret behind our exquisite flavors.
