Our Garden SPA welcomes all hotel guests and invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in a pleasant atmosphere. The sauna area is reserved for guests aged 14 and older to ensure a particularly peaceful and restful retreat.

INDOOR POOL WITH A VIEW OF THE ALPS
The 128-square-meter indoor pool offers a particularly relaxing swim at a comfortable 30°C. High-quality materials and soothing sensory experiences define the atmosphere in the pool: aromatic scents, warm lighting, and the gentle sound of splashing water. You can keep an eye on your little ones at all times as they enjoy themselves in the separate baby pool next door. Our fitness expert Steffi also offers weekly aqua aerobics classes.
WILDERER SAUNA
Finnish sauna experience: enjoy the scent of natural reclaimed wood at 85–90 °C. Automatic infusions stimulate your circulation, support the detoxification process, and nourish your skin and respiratory system at the same time.
ALPINE SAUNA
Sauna experience at a “mild” temperature of about 55–60 °C: Infusions of natural aromas stimulate your circulation, support the detoxification process, and nourish your skin and respiratory system at the same time.
FAMILY ORGANIC SAUNA
This sauna is specially designed for families and anyone who prefers to keep their clothes on. Natural reclaimed wood, a stunning view of the garden, and mild temperatures of 50–60 °C make a visit to the sauna a truly special experience. Water infusions are largely avoided, as the humidity is automatically maintained at 30–40%. Essential oils nourish the skin and respiratory system.
FAMILY STEAM ROOM
We have been aware of the remarkable effects of flowers on the human body ever since Bach flower therapy came into use. In the family steam room, flower extracts are diffused into the air along with gentle steam for inhalation. Radiant heat—which has been associated with health and well-being since the thermal baths of ancient Rome—creates the ideal conditions for perfect relaxation.
LACONIUM
The Laconium’s sweat bath tradition has been passed down to us from Roman history. Even the Roman patricians appreciated its excellent detoxification benefits, which rely on pure radiant heat. The slow warming of the body initiates the detoxification process in a very gentle manner. Blood circulation is stimulated, sweating is accelerated, and you feel completely at ease. Especially those who find the Finnish sauna too hot or the heat too intense will appreciate the soothing warmth of the Laconium.
EMPEROR'S STEAM BATH
In this gentle radiant heat bath, your body temperature is raised to boost your immune system. Here, you can choose between comfortable individual seats in the front section of the cabin and two spacious lounging areas in the rear. The two sections of the cabin are visually separated by an illuminated glass partition.
CRYSTAL BATH
The unique healing properties of rock crystal lie in its purifying effect on the veins, blood vessels, and coronary arteries. In addition, it helps stabilize blood pressure, circulation, and the entire nervous system. The gentle radiant heat emanating from the benches and walls, combined with the natural aromas, creates a steam inhalation experience—a truly unique experience.
