Our producers
For excellent dishes, only selected and high-quality products are used in the Alpenhof kitchen. For this purpose, we have long-standing suppliers and producers who supply us with the best products. Starting with our own farm in Obsteig, to other meat suppliers from Tyrol, fresh vegetables from the Inn Valley, fish from the Ziller valley to fresh pastries from the Tux valley - these products enable us to prepare our dishes with the highest quality.
