On the days when you are not out and about at lunchtime and could do with an energy boost, treat yourself to sweet delights, hearty salads, delicious soups and regional goodies from our buffet. Crunchy apples and Zillertal spring water are always available.
DINNER: YOUR FAVOURITE MENU IN THE EVENING
Our kitchen team specialises in finely nuanced aromas. After a glorious day spent in Hintertux, you will probably have worked up an appetite! Our head chef Maximilian Stock was awarded two Gault Millau toques and serves up a firework of flavours on a daily basis. Dinner is served every evening from 6:45pm until 8:45pm in the delightful ambience of our restaurant, where a 5-course menu awaits. And when sommelier Klaus Dengg junior presents you with the perfect vintage to go with your meal, your evening is bound to be a success!
