“For the last six years, our restaurant has received a Gault Millau toque on a yearly basis. In 2021, we were awarded two toques (14.5 points) for the first time and in 2022 we were awarded three toques with 15 points. This is something we are exceedingly proud of! We see these awards as a great confirmation of the road we are on, and the philosophy behind our hotel.”
