As a hotel with an award-winning kitchen in Zillertal, we place a strong emphasis on protecting our magnificent natural setting and on supporting regional suppliers. After all, if you spend your holiday in Tyrol, you should experience its flavours, too! “Bewusst Tirol” is the seal of quality that makes these efforts visible to the outside world.

We are particularly proud of the fresh beef and veal from our own farm in Obsteig, which comes with the AMA Seal of Quality Control. Our livestock is well taken care of and enjoys high animal welfare standards. We are also a partner of the ErlebnisSennerei Zillertal dairy and of certified grass-fed cattle farms. After all, breakfast wouldn’t be breakfast without Zillertal farm butter and fresh dairy products from Hintertux farms! Our egg dishes use eggs from the Weberhof and Zillertal “Wieseneier” from the Gartnerhof farm. All our breads and baked goods come from the Stock village bakery in Lanersbach, offering top-quality products. Our fruit and vegetables come from farmers in the Inntal valley, in line with our regional philosophy. Our kitchen processes only ripe, fresh and tasty ingredients, creating gourmet delights that were awarded two Gault Millau toques.
