In the restaurant at Hotel Alpenhof in Hintertux you enjoy the very best quality that goes hand in hand with our commitment to regionality. We are especially proud of the fresh beef and veal from our own farm in Obsteig. There is no breakfast without Zillertal farmer's butter and fresh dairy products from Hintertux farmers.

The less food has to travel the better. It doesn’t just improve the ecological balance but the quality and flavour also benefit from this. We also pursue our commitment to regionality with all our heart at the Alpenhof in Hintertux For sustainability in the region, to protect and preserve our wonderful surroundings and to show our guests how wonderful Tyrol tastes: our original products are carefully selected from regional suppliers as only the best is good enough for the award-winning creations that you enjoy day in day out on your holiday in Tyrol.
Regional partner businesses
We are a partner of the Zillertal alpine dairy°and a certified pasture milk business. We purchase all our bread and baked goods varieties from°Stock, the village bakery°in Lanersbach. The fruit and vegetables come largely from farmers from the Inntal valley, completely in line with our philosophy. Totally ripe, fresh and with perfect flavour, we only use the best ingredients to create award-winning gourmet treats in our kitchen.
